It is not only technical stuff that matters..... As Engineers we always need to think as customers. Best way to do so is to interact with them as much as possible. I got an opportunity to demonstrate a product in an Exhibition. I have gained lot of knowledge on how to market a product and how your customer feels the product. Faced some practical issues; I have to find solutions and present them to the customers in order to clear their issues......
